How do I get a quote (RFQ)?

First use the search tab or you can search by manufacturers/part number, once you find what you are looking for, add the part to your Request For Quote (RFQ) by clicking on the Add-to- RFQ button. In the RFQ process please add any Comments (e.g.,New Factory Sealed Only) once this is completed submit your RFQ. Pricing and availability can also be requested by phone, email or fax. Please check our contact page if you want to use one of these methods instead of the RFQ process.

How do I pay?

Payment methods are by credit card, wire transfer, PayPal, COD, company check (if approved).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship utilizing the following services: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Postal Service (UPS), DHL Worldwide, Federal Express (FedEx), TNT, and various other carriers. Expedited shipping is available on many of our products. Please allow additional time for international orders to arrive due to customs.

Do you offer same-day shipping service?

Yes. We can ship same day if order is confirmed prior to 3:45 EST. Call us if you require it outside this cutoff time.

Do you offer emergency shipping service?

Yes. Please contact us by phone for any emergency services.

When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship same day. Any orders processed after 3:30 P.M. (EST) will ship the following day.

How do I get a tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be provided once order has been shipped. We will email you a paid invoice with tracking number.

Do you sell obsolete parts?

We have many obsolete parts available. If we don’t have your part in stock we will use all of our resources to locate your part.

How much can I save from Manufacturer’s list price?

On most parts you will save 50-75% from manufacturer’s list price.

What types of conditions do you offer?

We offer new, used, and remanufactured merchandise.

Do you offer a warranty on your merchandise?

Yes. Our parts come with a 30 day warranty.

How do I return a part (RMA)?

Please contact us via phone, email or fax about any returns and a representative will contact you with further details.

Is there a restocking fee for returning material?

In some cases there is a 20% restocking fee.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

SB Industrial Supply, Inc. is a California established corporation and has a warehouse in Michigan. We are required by law to collect and remit sales tax on purchases delivered to California or Michigan. If you have a California or Michigan Reseller Exempt Account, please fax or email the documentation to us and we will remove the tax amount.
